Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Deposits and Payment Terms

We may require a deposit to reserve project time, production capacity, or consulting services. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services and revocation of access to deliverables.

No Warranty on Purchases

All services, deliverables, and digital products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial viability.

We do not guarantee business results, revenue growth, lead generation, conversions, search rankings, platform performance, or financial outcomes.

Remedies

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction or dispute related to a purchase is limited to discontinuing use of the Application or pursuing dispute resolution as outlined in the Governing Law section below. No other remedies, including refunds or damages, shall apply except where legally required.

Accounts and User Responsibility

If you create an account on our Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarah Pope LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, services, or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, data, reputation, or anticipated profits.

If liability is found despite these limitations, total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Sarah Pope LLC for the relevant transaction.

All content on this Application, including branding, text, graphics, designs, software, videos, downloads, templates, course materials, and creative assets (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive intellectual property of Sarah Pope LLC or licensed third parties and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
